We will be using DHL Parcel as our main parcel carrier. This will offer you enhanced services enabling you to take control of your parcel delivery. You can track your delivery quickly and easily using DHL Parcel’s real time track and trace service. By entering your shipment number from your order confirmation email, you can see where your parcel is and what time it will arrive.
Also, you can rearrange a delivery online to a day that fits better around you, or arrange delivery to your local DH: Parcel UK ServicePoint, safeplace or neighbour.

DHL Parcel are one of the UK’s leading delivery specialists, connecting retailers with customers across the UK, Europe and around the world. They have a national network of more than 50 sites and 3,000+ vehicles.

Will delivery documentation change?
There will be some slight changes to the delivery label that is attached to the parcel – the sticky label – but rest of the delivery documentation, invoice and other documentation will stay the same.>

What accreditations does DHL Parcel have?
DHL Parcel currently hold these levels of accreditation -ISO 9001,ISO14001,ISO27001 Direct vehicle standard – DVS. As part of DHL Parcels’s fleet replacement programme, in 2020, they have invested £10.4m in 105 new LGV vehicles. With legislation in mind all 105 were ordered to be compliant with the impending DVS. Now today 71 of those vehicles operate in south east. Whilst DHL Parcel seek out vehicle efficiency, safety is paramount, and future truck orders will also be DVS complaint as we would expect the DVS zone to be applied to other major cities within the UK.
FORS accreditation. DHL Parcel are also currently working to obtain FORS bronze level accreditation for the five delivery depots in Greater London
